1. Use of the App

• The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
• Certain features are available for free, while premium features require a paid subscription.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your country) to use the App.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription options are available on a weekly ($4.99), monthly ($9.99), or yearly ($69.99) basis.
• Payments and renewals are managed through your Apple ID account.
• Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. Please see our Subscription Terms for full details.

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the App.
• By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the rights of others or violate applicable laws.
